My little cuties!

It seems like whenever Travis is gone the fun really starts around our house! We have lots of Valentine's candy left over and for some reason Andi can pretty much talk me into eating it at any time during the day!

Last night she convinced me she wanted some sweet tart shockers. I knew that they were sour but I couldn't remember how sour. I tried one the same time Andi tried her first one. My mouth was so puckered it hurt and Andi had no facial expression whatsoever. She asked me what was wrong with my face?! So I tried the color I had given her and again- super sour! She got another one and this was her face!

I think I have plenty of TJ "dressing up pictures" but he is at it all the time! This is what happens when Travis is gone and Andi is still sleeping!!

After lunch Andi wanted to play downstairs and I let her go down there while TJ and I stayed upstairs. About 5 minutes later, I hollered downstairs and got no response. If it was TJ, well I never would have let TJ be by himself! haha but with Andi I figured she was sleeping somewhere. This is what I found!

Monday Kelly called to tell us that she was playing basketball in Clarence. We were super excited to attend our first basketball game (in a long time!). Andi was excited to cheer for Kelly but she was also pretty concerned where the rest of the Heinecke kids were!

TJ soon returned to his own "inquistive" self and soon had ate a ton of popcorn and candy, found his own ball, and was climbing on chairs.

We had forgotten what 5th and 6th grade basketball was all about, but I think Travis and I were both a little nervous thinking about how many games and tournaments we're going to get to sit through!

The game was pretty exciting, especially at the end but Paris held on to their lead and won by two points! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd row seats and are glad that we got invited!!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day...a day early! Tonight Travis and I get to go on a "date" to Quincy and Andi and TJ are excited to spend the night with Grandma Mari, Papa Harold and Gina and Jason! Andi is super disappointed that Kyle and Stephanie won't be there but she keeps asking if they are coming in hopes that they might change their mind :)

We tried taking some pictures yesterday and as you can imagine it was quite the event. I got some really cute pictures. There was of course drama, laughing, and some serious posing! Enjoy the pictures and have a great weekend!

Birthday Weekend Fun

I got spoiled this year for my birthday. Saturday was a gorgeous day outside and we spent most of the day playing. We went to two different parks and had time to shoot baskets outside at our house. Then we met the Yoder's for a yummy dinner in Clarence.

Sunday we headed to my mom and dad's house for lunch and some great dessert. Thank goodness my birthday comes only once a year because I can not say "no" or "not that much" to that delicious chocolate cake! We spent the afternoon outside seeing all the new baby lambs and just enjoying some wide open space for the kiddos to run around on.

That night Jim and Donna Kay came up and spoiled us with the works from Pizza Hut. Too bad I was still sick from lunch to really enjoy it! We all agreed that we were totally spoiled with lots of good food, friends and family and great weather... and my birthday really wasn't until Monday!

Wonderful Warm Weather!!!

**Since MU beat KU- Travis, Andi and I are having a late night and I finally got to update my blog! Thanks for the birthday present Kyle!
