This year Andi had a blast attending preschool and this past Sunday she graduated. Can you believe that I have a graduate? Even if it is from preschool, how can she be old enough to graduate anything?! She had lots of fun and I know she will miss going every week. To tell the truth I am a little sad too because I know that she had a blast with all of her friends! But I also know that we will be busy having lots of fun this summer and getting ready for Kindergarten next fall!!!

Andi introducing herself and making sure she gave a shout out to her little brothers too.

Easter at Mom and Dad's

Later we headed to mom and dad's for one more Easter meal and egg hunt. The kids all had a little nap on the way there and were ready to go once we arrived!

Andi, TJ, Cooper, Kale and Lexi ready to hunt...

Go!!

Cooper found an egg!

Andi's turn, although she doesn't look so sure!

Easter in Middletown

Lunch at Grandma Barb's is always a pretty busy and fun, happening place. Here is a picture that gives a glimpse why!

The traditional pre-egg hunt picture. This time it has more great-grandchildren than grandchildren! Pictured above are 9 great-grand kids with a handful of grand kids mixed in ;)

Andi chose not to change out of her dress but that didn't slow her down!

Cooper found a snickers and he was very excited!

Grandma Mari holding Brody so I could snap some photos...

TJ was confused but then excited when he found a "fake" egg with candy in it.

Of course TJ had to be the one to find that egg hidden in the huge mud puddle!

but he was oh so careful and didn't get muddy at all.

Coop found Grandma's swing and decided he needed a break, Kale was quick to follow.

Easter Morning

Easter morning came a little early especially after we stayed up late decorating eggs and preparing our goodies to take to Middletown. However we made it up in time to see our surprises the Easter Bunny left us in our baskets, hunt eggs and make it to mass before heading to Middletown for lunch with the whole Eckler family and then back to mom and dad's for supper that night.

The closer that we got to Easter the more questions we were asked. For some reason the questions about Good Friday and Easter morning seemed lots easier to answer than the questions about the Easter Bunny! Andi and TJ had forgotten all about the Easter Bunny and the fact that he left surprises in our baskets and so naturally they had lots of questions. They were mortified at the thought of the bunny coming into our house! TJ was very worried that he would get mud on our carpet! But alas Easter morning came and they were excited and surprised to find goodies in their baskets and the questions (thankfully) stopped!

Cooper was very excited to find candy!

Before we hunted eggs I made them sit still for 1 picture!

Even Lexi got some goodies! She loved her new little toy.

Cooper had no interest in looking for eggs or picking them up once he found them. He only wanted to run with Lexi.

looking for more eggs...
We were later informed that the "Easter Bunny didn't really hide the eggs very hard."
Talk about motivation for next year! :)

TJ found one, with Lexi right behind.
Next up a quick breakfast and more importantly time for Mass but first a quick family picture! :)

and a kiddo one! Aren't they so cute in their little matching outfits! :)
I think my time might be quickly running out on that one!
