Right as we were trying to get everything on the table, TJ comes out from his room and is crying which soon turns into screaming and shaking. Nothing had happened he just started crying. It got to be pretty bad and scary. TJ is not much of a crier. Usually he cries just a little but hardly ever stops going for more than a few minutes. We finally got him to tell us what hurt, his belly. You could tell something was going on with his belly and after 10 or 15 minutes of seeing him screaming and shaking and then stopping and then starting again and not being able to get him to calm down I called down to Columbia. They said that we needed to get him to the ER if he was stopping and starting again. We headed to Boone and after awhile on the road TJ finally stopped long enough to fall asleep. When we woke him up in the parking lot he was still tired and didn't really know what was going on. After we got checked in and were sitting in the waiting room (which was full of people with mask on because they had "flu like symptoms" he started to smile and flirt with the ladies that were across the room from us.
6 long hours later at 8:45pm we were finally on our way out of the hospital and ready to get some lunch. Since TJ was going to the ER they told us not to give him anything to eat or drink. Lucky for TJ Ally shared some snacks with him at 10:30 mass and Travis and I hadn't ate anything since breakfast. Needless to say Sonic definitely hit the spot on the way home. Oh the diagnosis? Well after an IV, MRI the diagnosis was "gas."
Poor TJ- it was so scary to see him hurting that bad and not be able to do anything about it. Hopefully we wont have to go through that again any time soon if never!

Poor TJ...I'm glad everything turned out okay. Cooper & TJ both look like such big boys all dressed up. I love it!
