Easter Weekend

Like usual we had a busy Easter weekend but this year we were able to squeeze in a few more activities...It all started on Saturday with some egg decorating.

I did not get a picture of all of our eggs dyed. I think we just got busy trying to finish eggs, eat lunch and head to our 1st Egg Hunt of the year. This year was our first year to participate in the Leonard Egg Hunt. It was a complete blast and Kelly did a great job organizing it. My kids were super excited to see all of their friends and to get candy!

Andi showing her dad her bucket full of candy and her numbered egg. In the beginning Kelly explained that there were 5 numbered eggs and if you found one of those there was a special surprise. I was very surprised when Andi showed me that she had one of the eggs! She had the # 5 egg and got a basket full with a cute purse and teeny tiny tea set in it!

After the hunt we had enough time to head home for quick naps and then headed to Gma Mari's house for supper and an egg hunt with the Pollards. It was a little late but still lots of fun :)
