Saturday we headed to our first Mizzou game as season ticket holders and the first home game! Needless to say we were all excited for some football! Andi had been marching around shouting M-I-Z for at least a couple of days (and she must be pumped for the season because she is still yelling it!) We got there a little later than we had planned but still plenty of time to stop by the shelby county tailgate :)
The game proved to be a blowout which was a good thing for sure. We didn't really know what to expect with Andi & TJ and figured this would be a good "test" game. TJ lasted the first quarter and then it was too much for him so we headed out to the tailgate and wouldn't you know it he perked right up (he must be a little like his mom there :) ) Shortly after we headed out a group of girls came over and started to smile and play with TJ- he loved it! Then it started to rain a little and shortly before half time most of all the tailgaters in our group were out and stayed out the rest of the game. I will say this, Andi and Stephanie went in to use the restroom and we started to worry about them after awhile but come to find out Andi had convinced Stephanie to watch some more of the game!
Andi had a blast and TJ too....I guess it wont be a horrible thing if Andi and Travis go the game and TJ and I hang out at the tailgate...haha!

Go Tigers! I'm so glad we didn't pay to see the game on Pay-Per-View since it was such a blowout! Definitely a good "test" game. They should be well practiced for Homecoming- hopefully everyone can last the whole game!
Hoepfully we can catch up with you guys Saturday! Glad they made it through their first game A-OK! It will be our true test on Sat. with all 4! Go Tigers!
What a blowout! I bet you guys had fun. We're trying to decide if we should brave taking the girls to one of the games. Looks like your kiddos had a great time.
