Bible School

After we had our busy 4th of July weekend we didn't have much time to rest up because starting the next day we had Bible School in Shelbina from 6-8:30pm. It was Andi and TJ's first experience with VBS and my first experience teaching almost 20 preschoolers (3-5 years old!). We were lucky that Travis was actually home that week so he could keep Cooper.

We all had a blast and can't wait for next year! The schedule threw us all off a little because by the time we got home a little after 9 the kids were not tired they were wound up! They wanted something to eat and of course to share all of their cool stories about what they had did and learned that day. (It didn't help that we were going to Papa Harold's every morning working getting sheep ready with Gina and Kale and didn't get many naps that week!)

getting ready to sing during mass...

Fr. Dandi handing TJ his certificate.
They became pretty good buds that week. TJ has always like Fr. Dandi and then one day he showed up with a St. Louis Cardinal hat on and TJ was even more infatuated with him! :)

Father Dandi wasn't the only friend that TJ and Andi made they met lots of new kids in their class and now have lots of people to talk to after church.

I'm sure by now you have all heard about TJ's "gillfriend- Macy Gough" Macy helped out in our class and she definitely was great with the kids. We love seeing her in church and random other places that we can find her! :)
