Shelby County Fair

The Shelby County Fair was in town and of course we had to make it over a couple of times.
We took time out of getting sheep ready for Lincoln County to attend the big sheep show where we met up with our coworkers Gina and Kale.

We had fun watching the Heinecke kids show all of their sheep and Corby and Preston with their market lambs. Of course the day was hot but that didnt stop everyone from having fun (aka playing with friends, eating fair food and getting horribly dirty!)

Later that week we also met the Yoder family up for some rides... TJ and Andi spied the "dragon roller coaster" as soon as we got there and that was the first one that they wanted to ride....

This is in the very beginning ...the closest thing to a smile that I got from TJ! The ride was kind of fast and jerky (for little kids) and I am pretty sure that TJ got slammed into the side of the seat a couple of times. I'm not sure that or the other kids that were screaming on the ride helped but poor TJ did not like the roller coaster. By the end of the ride he was screaming himself and did not have any sort of good look on his face. Poor guy!

Lucky for us he bounces back quick and after the first ride was over he was ready to ride all of the other ones. He thought he was big stuff on the motorcycles.

Andi smiling for me too.

TJ working hard to fly the helicopter while Andi made the most of it :)
Of course lots of other rides were rode and all 4 kids had fun!

That last picture is hilarious...it looks like Andi is trying to pretend she is having fun while thinking it is funny that TJ is riding such a kiddie ride :)
